About Me
Hello. I'm not too sure on how to start this, but I'll attempt it anyway: Currently, I live a very inactive lifestyle in a very inactive town. I'm pretty confused about life, having no idea what I want to do as a career or what I should work towards. You could say I'm wandering around, doing nothing. I have trouble finishing what I start, including my attempts to change. That's why I'm on here. I don't want to give up, like I always do. I need inspiration and support.
It's not that I'm obese, or even overweight. I'm average, but still unhealthy. I'm an extremely picky eater, the majority of my food being of the junk variety. Whenever I try to exercise, I quickly burn out from what I'm guessing going at it full force (exercise myself to the limit right away).
My reasons for wanting to be healthy vary. Looking in the mirror, my (lack of) self-confidence makes me want to be fit for the wrong reasons (to be skinny). On the other hand, I really want to start snowboarding and martial arts once we move soon. I want to get in shape so I'll have an easier time with activities.
Overall, I'm hoping that keeping track here and participating on forums and etc. will help me stick with my goals. I don't know why you took such an interest in me as to read all this, but thank you, and have a good day :)
