Hi, my names Aaron Spicer and I am a 35 years young cancer survivor! I had a rare form of testicular cancer, called non-godnal germ cell mediastinal seminoma. Rare in that it did not directly affect that area of the body. It settled in my chest, lungs, heart and neck.

I spent a year battling thru a very brutal chemo session. In my last days of treatment I called back to my home in Ohio (I was living in Florida with my wife and 2 kids), and told my Dad I didn't think I'd make it and that I wanted him to come move us closer to family just in case.

I began a very fast recovery literally after crossing the border out of Florida. I'm now on the road to recovery and owe it to my wife and family. Their support alone got me through this battle! Stupid Cancer! Survivors Rule!

I joined up with 'I'm Too Young For This!' so that I could help ensure others did not have to go thru the same things I did, finding support groups for my wife and I, learning about fertility options, having a place to turn for answers. Watching what Matt Zachary has created has been an inspiration and made me proud to be a part of this community!
