I was obese as a child and lost 80 pounds 20 years ago through diet and exercise. Over 10 years, I gained it all back. In the last 3 years, I put on 30 (of the 80) from eating out all the time and not exercising regularly. The turning point for me was when we started the Biggest Loser contest at work and I saw how heavy I had become. Since then, I have made a commitment to making serious changes to my lifestyle: making healthy choices with what I eat and exercising regularly. I want to do it right this time, I want to lose the weight and keep it off. Most of all, I want to be healthy.
