About Me
I started my weight loss over a year ago and lost a LOT of weight totally on my own (about 80 pounds). I made my goal weight in October 2009 and almost immediately got pregnant with my third kiddo! Weight gain during pregnancy was totally under control until I was put on bedrest for 9 weeks! I went from a very active lifestyle that involved running almost every day to a completely sedentary lifestyle. Metabolism = WRECKED. Now I am determined to lose my bedrest weight and get back to my old self!

Starting weight: 167
First goal: 160 (gotta make it an easyish one!)
Second goal: 151 (10% loss from starting weight)
Third goal: 140
Fourth goal: 135
Final and ongoing goal: maintain in 130s

For each goal I will get a reward! Yay! First goal reward - new saucony's to replace my battered well-loved pair from 10 years ago (I think it will be http://bit.ly/gZE986 if you're curious). Second goal reward - new iPhone to replace my battered well-loved iPhone 3G. Third goal reward - trip to Vegas to see my best friend. Fourth goal reward - new little black dress, new heels, and an indulgent weekend away with my sweetie sans kiddos! That's some encouragement! (I know those are expensive rewards, but they are all things I have been painstakingly saving for all this past year - I just won't let myself have them until I get to my goals!)
