I have signed onto a 5km run in Barbados on Dec 4, 2011!!
We will be there for my niece's wedding and I want to do something to celebrate my new health & weight loss. To date "officially" on Livestrong I have lost 20lbs but since January 2011 have lost 30.
Another 20lbs hopefully before Dec 3rd!!
I am hoping that by having lost it sensibly and slowly...this will be the last time I need to diet.
Healthy choices, excercise and balanced lifestyle should allow me to maintain and allow for a FEW indulgences without feeling guilty.
