    No I'm not a student, nor a teacher, but I am the mother of an 8 year old who hates to be bored (kinda like i was) SO. She has taken it upon herself to be the diet police...She will not allow me to eat anything unhealthy for more than one bite, and She gave me coupons for mothers day. that said she would help me exercise.. but told me that one coupon was good for the whole summer! She wants to go for a bike ride at least 4 times a week and go hiking several times a month... On top of the swimming at the pools...THISÂ should definatly help on the journey to HEALTHY!!! Needless to say if i don't hit my 100 miles in june and july something is very very wrong..lol
     
    SO BASICALLY I HAVE A PERSONAL DRILL INSTRUCTOR  FOR THE SUMMER...LOL...GOD I LOVE HER!

    “Ok so i have noticed over the last few months. That if I eat anything after 730 pm, i am not usually down anything the next moring. and if i eat anything after 10pm (snacks in front of tv) that i'm not supposed to have anyway...I am starving when i wake up at 8 the next morning......now to jump back on track these last few weeks have been a struggle haven't lost anything but have maintained between 264 and 267.....so  LETS CATCH THAT WAGON AND HOP BACK ON SHALL WE!!!!!! GOTTA DO THIS! only have 45 more lbs to my goal weight... and 80 lbs to the personal trainers goal weight, and 110 lbs to doctors goal weight (which i personally don't care if i acheive)...”

    “Ok so yesterday while at the gym...i finally tried to jog on the treadmil....i've never been able to run very long or far EVER in my life.. but i was able to jog for 90 seconds twice, and 60 seconds another time... total time onthe treadmill was 16 minutes for 1 mile. and i was at the gym for a total of 1 hr and 5 minutes doing various other compound movements...I felt sooo good when i got DONE!         THEN       TODAY         I biked for a total of 20 miles!    bringing my total for the month to 66! i'm on my way 9 more days in the month and 34 miles to go! I CAN DO THIS!  ”

    “Ok so My goals were to maintain 265 or loose and to ride my bike at least 100 miles... in addition to my days at the gym....SO FAR...........46.2 Miles riden. been to the gym many times(whos counting)..Not maintaining 265...but am bouncing between it and 267.....So i'll take it....I may hit 100 miles this month!  ”
