About Me
I was in great shape in college. I ate fairly healthy, and working out was literally my life as a college athlete.

Since graduating, I've been trying to transition into maintaining my fitness. NOT EASY. 6 months after graduating I packed on the pounds and I was not happy. I realized, I was still eating like a collegiate athlete, an average of 3000+ calories, but I wasn't working out like one!

I realize now why it is so hard for many who are in the corporate world to stay in shape. By the end of the day your exhausted! Its hard to find motivation to be fit, especially without your team mates to push you or for competition.

My goal is to lose weight, tone up, and overall preserve my health with a balanced diet and active lifestyle. My competition may not be against one of the top 10 NCAA teams in the nation, but possibly those size 5 jeans I've been meaning to fit in haha.

I still am involved with lacrosse. I coach and I play on a club team and international team. Keeping up my fitness and image is important as I want to be able to continue participating in the sport I love.


I am currently 149 Size 6/7,
Weight goal is between 130-135 and to fit size 5


My fitness goal: To be able to run at least 3 miles without thinking my lungs are going to pop!
I have been experiencing some joint pain in the knees and ankles from my weight gain, I'd like NOT to feel like a grandma, thanks!
