About Me
I am using this to track my food & exercise habits so I can improve my health and energy levels. I wouldn't mind finding people with similar goals so we can help support eachother :)

I am trying to quit smoking and want to build my endurance levels back up. I plan on running 3-4 times a week (4-6 miles) and doing hatha/bikram yoga 4x a week. I want to be able to run 25k by July 3rd. I need to do this.

I'm a fulltime student and I work part time so it isn't always easy finding the time or energy to workout, but i'm committed.

Im not too sure about measurements or my BMI, ill update that once I find out.
