    “Felt a bit ill today, but I decided to still go to the gym and do some gentle exercise. I did 20 mins on crossramp (slow pace) and 20 mins walking.”

    “STILL sore from the other day, but I still went to the gym and tried to work around it. I did 30 mins elliptical, 10 mins stairmaster stepper thingy and then: 3x10 Chest press 3x 10 Seated row 2x20 crunches I was also meant to do 3 x5 abs supersets, but I only managed one full set and half of the other two.”

    “Didn't make it to pilates this morning, since I was still sore from yesterday, but hopefully will go to the gym tomorrow evening.”

    “Went to the gym this morning, did 30 mins on elliptical then some upper body and abdominal work. Leaving my legs out for the min or they'll just become a bit chunky with all the walking I do.”

    “Weighed myself today- put on two pounds. Probably a result of not going to the gym since thursday and eating a lot of high cal food over the weekend. However, my gym does a free personal trainer session to put you on a programme, which I went to earlier. I will be doing about 25 mins of cardio and then some upper body work and then some abdominal/core work. I will also do one pilates class a week and maybe some tai chi.”

    “I tried a tai chi class for the first time today- the instructor was lovely. Everyone in the class was at quite an advanced level, but he took us aside and showed us the basics, which was so nice of him. I then did an hour of pilates. i think the instructor was stressed- I won't be able to move tomorrow.”

    “Did some general walking, then 25 mins on elliptical and 25 mins on a treadmil but the heart rate monitor wasn't working, grr!”

    “Did a one hour class tonight, will probably feel it in my arms tomorrow. For some reason my muscles shake uncontrollably during certain exercises, why is this? It's not just a bit of shaking, it's loads!”
