I used to be bulimic. I have some health problems with hormones and such and want to become physically fit and have a healthy diet. I have PCOS and from all that I've read, diet and exercise are important, as they are to everyone and can make a huge difference. I hope that this website will give me the support I need to stop my weight gain as I have quit my unhealthy behavoirs and instead maintain a healthy weight while maybe even balancing out my hormones and my overall mental wellness. :)
