I have MG (Myasthenia Gravis), and over the past five years my weight has balloned to 300 pounds. I am on a strict diet and weight loss program in which I will take off 100 pounds before my next (59th) birthday in August of 2011. As of September 18, 2010, I have lost 22 pounds. I will not eat fast food, starches, breads, pastas, bakery items, candy, sugar products or fatty meats. I will only eat healthy food and will track everything in livestrong.com I've got to do this if I expect to see age 60.
