I live in the Pacific NW (greater Seattle area) and work at a University Campus. Enjoy my job as I do project management and bringing solutions and improvement - I like to make a positive difference.
I enjoy being active every day and now track my eating and activity on my plate. Walk regularly as I work on a University campus, plus I have easy access to the fitness center.
Present Live Strong Dares - Reduce waist size (down 5 inches,one more inch to go), and get more sleep.
Completed Dares and changed life style - 100 push ups (did in Sept 2009); I include push ups in my work outs. I now walk at least 30 minutes almost every day. I also stretch every day now.
