About Me
I am starting over again. I have been here on and off for about 3 years. My highest weight was over 150lbs a few years before I found tdp. Being only 5ft tall this was a lot.

Now after 2 semesters spent sitting, working only part time, and a crappy relationship, I am back up to 133lbs. I did spend a full year and half at 110-115lbs and I want to get back down there. This time I want a lot more muscle though, I was kind of fat skinny, eek!

Goals-
feel better about my body
eat balanced meals
exercise regularly


I am focusing on lifting, running, and having a calorie deficit that could potentially help me lose a pound a week.
