“I didn't think I could do it, but I did. Jogging 3 min, then 5 min then repeat, with walking to recover in between. If you would have told me a month ago that I was going to be able to run 16 minutes in a thirty minute span, I'd have laughed at you.Â
It feels so good to be pushing myself to see what I am capable of!!”

I'm starting my third week of Couch to 5K this week. I never thought I would be running without something chasing me. I find that look forward to the challenge, to see what my new smaller body can do!

“ When I started in Oct 2010' I was wearing 48 pants and 19 1/2 shirts. I just opened the latest package from the UPS fairy and the size 16 shirts fit well and the 38 pants are a little snug, but will give me motivation to keep working!”
