I am 45 years old, married with two grown children and 4 granddaughters. I have served in the Army for 18 years in April. My hobbies are volleyball, racquetball, weight training and reading. I recetly found the Live Strong site and it has great tools and support for helping get people headed in new, better and more healthy directions! I am presently challenging myself with a 90 day attempt to lose 35 pound enroute to an eventual 50 pound loss. The reasoning for doing it in two distinct phases is due to fact that a few years ago i managed to get down to 204 pounds and plateued and could get no further. I am sure it will just take more persistence therefore I will work hard to get down to 200 then figure out how to get the final 15 pounds. Anyone who needs any encouragement etc just give me a yell!!
