I was born and raised in Los Angeles and am a 4th generation Angeleno. When I am not working or spending time with my son, I love being in the outdoors. I am an avid surfer, mountain biker, rock climber and skier. I also like running on the beach and have recently started practicing yoga again. I am lucky to be able to eat pretty much anything and not gain much weight (I know, I know...), but I would like to gain more muscle and try to focus on eating healthy foods and protein to maximize my energy levels, mental clarity and tone. I take an insane amount of vitamins and Chinese herbs and often drink pretty nasty power shakes for breakfast.
