About Me
I am 5' 4" and at 216 right now. I have lost about 10 pounds in the last month on Jenny Craig and I have been asked by my dietician at my doctors office to log my food so she can see the nutritional breakdown of what I am eating. I think this site is great and wish I had found it sooner. I am in the process of being approved for lap band surgery, but I know that it is just a tool and that I will need to eat healthy and follow a diet the rest of my life. I am hoping the band will help me with some of my weight issues like binging and volume eating.
