hi everyone!!
so this summer i went to a weight loss camp for 2 months and i lost 30 lbs. i really want to get into my healthy weight range but i still have a while to go! I am trying my best to continue the diet i had at camp of less than 12 grams of fat a day at home. it can be very challenging at times but i am super motivated to stay with it:)
