About Me

married have 2 boys. love camping and playing softball. outdoors are great. getting into running and biking. i started my weight loss journey in jan. 08. i had very high cholesterol and high liver enzymes. from jan. 08nto may 08 i lost 30lbs by working out everyday. only missing 4 days the whole time due to illness. i took the summer off from the daily workouts and maintained my weight. it took me till jan. 09 to start working out daily again. to day i have lost another 20lbs. so i am at 50lbs total. i just added weightlifting to my routines about 1 month ago. so i want to tone up and lose another 10lbs. by the way ive been a big fan of lance and the tour de france for 10 years or so. when he started his foundation i bought a livestrong bracelet and have only taken it off while having my second son. always had great meaning to me, but then 2 years ago my dad was diagnosed with stage 4 tongue and throat cancer. he beat it not once but twice when it came back after 1year. he is clean now after major surgery and is doing well. so now it has even greater meaning to me. i am greatful for all lance does and all his followers.
