“Hello all. I am new to this group and figured joining a group wouldn't hurt. Could use the motivation. I stay hungry all the time and I am only allowed 1,468 calories a day. Thats gonna be really tuff for me. Any suggestions on what I can eat throughout the day that is low in calories so that it isn't so hard to starve abit? I am really dedicated to this calorie amount, I will be watching very carefully......Good luck to all of you....I hope you all reach your goals.”
