“LW 154 CW 152.5 -1.5 posted 7/7 net 6/7 exercised abt 420+ drinking more water as it gets warm, carbonated mineral water my go to, with big squeeze of lemon, brings up my lysine count. Did research and the natural carbonation not like that in sodas which leaches calcium from the bones. I have started wearing sleeveless still not perfect but trying to gain confidence and doing weights and counter push ups to define my muscles. Keep a resistance band at my desk. Use it to wake up the muscles and get them burning some calories as I sit at a desk most of the day. Somewhere I remember we are not to use commas here? I had to go back and delete them.....”
