About Me
I used to be cute... WHAT HAPPENED? I guess I just started thinking fat and indulging in food and not really thinking of the consequences. I have just been diagnosed with Fibromyalgia, a syndrome that affects the muscles. My doctor told me I can 1) do nothing and get worse (LOTS OF PAIN) 2) Pop pills for the rest of my life, or 3) Lose weight, do exercise, and sleep. I opted for option 3. Since being diagnosed I have already lost 10 lbs and started to run on a regular basis. I am running 2 miles every other day at a 9 min. pace. I am hoping to reach size 2 and weigh between 115 -120 lbs. What I weighed at the healthy stage in my life. Who will join me?
