“I just wanted to say hello and check in. I have lost 11 pounds so far and am feeling better about myself finally. I can feel the difference in my thighs and butt and stomach areas, it feels soooo good! I recently lost my job and was down for a few days but Im back and using the time while looking for a new job to hit the gym harder and become more determined to get back to the goal weight I was so close to last year. Good luck everyone and thanks for listening!”
