I skipped a weigh in last week because I went from 229 to 232 and I was frustrated. Didn't want to see it writing. But I worked my butt off this week -- ate better, worked out 3 times and I admit, I was dreading the scale this morning. But I did it. Whew. I think I actually need a new scale... I keep getting an error and have to step on it sometimes 3-4 times before it works. I'm afraid a new one will be way off from this one (and I don't want to see higher numbers!). Any suggestions on a good one that's not more than like $50?
Also FINALLY took my measurements this morning after thinking about it for over a month. So at least when I have another bad week, I can check those numbers. My clothes are definitely fitting better and I know the scale isn't a good way to measure, but it sure is nice to see the numbers go down.”
