This is for me, for my life, my health and yes my mirror! LOL!

I'm 44 look younger, but really want to feel younger and that takes MUSCLE!!

I have many different pieces of exercise equipment and own programs and work out DVDs. DOUG JONES is still my favorite and then Jillian Michaels and Bob Harper.

Strength Training first THEN cardio!

In the recent past I had gallbladder surgery and 2 months after that had a very serious car accident landing me in a brace nursing a compression fracture in my back. 21 weeks+ no exercise other than normal living day to day. Just started back with some starts and stops - very frustrating. I cannot wait until I can workout completely again. I watch FitTV and sometimes my work out DVDs to keep the mindset, but have to admit the weight came back and by the New Year I was right back where I started!

I need the strength and energy to make my life better!

I'm "overweight" in the age/height/weight/BMI scale...borderline normal.... so there is a goal.. normal!

    “ No formal exercise, but busted my butt cleaning 12 windows with storms and screens.  48 pieces of glass front and back.  Wrestling the storms and screens out of the windows and they weren't tilt in people!  Arms are TIRED!  Took 2 hours only stopping to drink water.  ”

    “ Saturday and Sunday treadmill using GYMBOSS to cycle between high and medium intensity.  Cleaned out a camper front to back, top to bottom!  Sore shoulders from  lreaching up to clean upper cabinets and ceiling. ”

    “ Ahh nice weather (in Maine) today.  Finally dry and blue sky.   Got my Curves workout in this morning then home for a 1/2 hour walk/jog on my treadmill.   I use my GYMBOSS to cycle between walking and jogging.  I moved up to jogging for 1 minute at a time.  Pretty happy about this.   Chiro OK'd me for it and I do listen to my back and hip :)  Today is errand day so I'll be out and about in this gorgeous weather!  If is stays cool enough some Zumba on my Wii :) later :) Thank you again Werner for Golding me.  I missed some of the features!     ”
