About Me
I need to lose about 49 pounds to reach my recommended weight but am willing to settle for 40 pounds to reach a better weight. I spend my time trying to be more active, but it's not easy because most people around me at work and church eat like every meal is a family feast event and their activity is limited to walking to the car or to their office at work. I don't want to remain the way that I am, so I continue to pray about it and exercise more than I used to. I still need to do more because I am not active enough to drop the pounds. I have lost some inches but only about 10 pounds since November 2006. Thanks to the Daily Plate I can now be more conscious of my calorie intake and will monitor my weight with the assistance of cutting calories. I must have faith and believe that I can make a lifestyle change and live healthier because that's what I want to do. I see me as a different person and I must work harder to get there.
