I'm a teller at a bank and I find it hard to motivate myself after the office hours to go to the gym. I know that there are more workouts to do at home, but if I know that my bedroom is just 10 steps away, I most likely will just sit in my bed for the rest of the night. I think my whole thing is just to find ways to motivate myself to work towards a goal and to stay in that mindset to not binge or stray away from healthy habits.
