“ Was depressed today, and I have been counting my sugar intake, and hit the limit of 40 grams before 1 pm ( Check out my twitter page @dana greco: about sugar ) Well anyways, I refrained from the sweets for the rest of the day. I also forced myself to bike in the cold, which was worth it. When I returned from my ride, and this might sound funny, but I was still a little depressed, but I felt much better. The Mystery of the Bike Ride ?”

“1. A garment fell of my waste and wraped around my back wheel, locking up and tossing my face onto the concrete ( 4 stiches in the chin and many cuts and bruises ) 2. I was mountain biking up a very steep hill and my chain broke, hence my calf came down on the top chain ring ( 9 stiches )”

“ I just love my halogen flashing lights, one I attach to the back of my riding helmet, and the other on my front bars. I also have found them to keep cars clear from me during the dusk hours of riding. Now that I have these great lights, I have found cars are staying further away at dusk than at mid day riding hours. Also keep the sun in mind, as a fellow near my home was killed when a motorist lost sight of him in the morning-blinding sun.”

“ Climbing the beautiful hills of Western  Pennsylvania is my favorite, and I have been doing it strong for 15 years now. Great for a cadiovascular workout and has kept me very fit.”
