I've been riding road bikes for about 5 - 6 years now. Before that I was a Mt Biker, did that for about 6 years. I've always been a weight-lifter since before I joined the military. I have also been a little heavy, partly from lifting but mostly from eating. I like food, and it likes me. Up until now I've been able to keep my weight below 200 lbs. I'm now above that by about 4 lbs. Now I'm looking to get down to 185 lbs. I still ride. That will never change, but I've got to get this weight under control.
