About Me
I am down 40 pounds so far! I am currently doing Zumba dance class 3 days per week for an hour each and water aerobics 1 day per week (for my bad back). During the weekends, I usually go hiking and I love to go to Texas and southern Oklahoma to climb mountains and hills. I have met a great guy that enjoys that I am active and all the stupid water weight and stress that I had dealt with because of my ex is gone. I am much less stressed out and I don't get sick anymore. I have taken myself off of all medication besides my birth control pill and allergy pill and the rest I take are herbs. Which, by the way, one of the herbs includes Magnesium which has significantly reduced my migraines!!!

I am so excited that things are going better for me. I have about 10 more pounds left to go and the rest is toning. I feel that if I stay on the path that I am, the 10 extra pounds won't be so hard to lose.

When I began on this website I was 195lbs at 5'6". I am now 155lbs and my goal is 145lbs. I am kinda a medium to large build so going below 145lbs. really isn't a good idea. I want to look healthy and strong.
