I hit 279 with Grayson (my 2nd son 12-13-10) I weighed 222 the day I found out I was pregnant...ready to get this "baby" weight off!!!

10-20-10:

I am currently 7+ months pregnant and feeling it in every part of my body. I was at 222 when I found out I was pregnant and now I am currently 268 pounds!!! I began the pregnancy with exercise in mind (I ran a lot before)and walked almost everyday. However, as the pains and weight crept up the walking fell to the way side. I am not going to be doing an intense exercise program this late in the pregnancy but I do plan to walk more and eat better. I know pregnancy is no excuse to have a diet free-for-all. It stops now. I am retaining so much fluid from the sodium I am eating that the doctor is concerned. Thankfully my blood pressure is good this time around. I will be having a c-section on 12-13-10!!! Welcoming Grayson Reid into the family...what a blessing!!!!

Starting the P90X program again 1-1-10: Hope I finish it this time. But, I have a new determination. If I make it through the program the hubby and I have decided to start trying to get pregnant again!!

Completed my 5K program in December 2009- Ran 5K in 36 minutes.

12-1-09: I didn't make the 215 weight for Thanksgiving so I joined the New Years Challenge and Plan to be at 215 on New Years Day. That will be 7 pounds!!!

The first 15 pounds was somewhat easy. I was so motivated and exercising regularly and eating better, then the cravings hit. Just thinking about the holidays is making me hungry. I don't know how I will ever survive!!!

12-11-08
I have currently been working out at the YMCA for 3 weeks and I have lost 10 pounds already!!!! I am so excited....it was just what I needed to get out the holiday slump. Surprisingly, even with the extra weight I am more physically fit now than I was 8 years and 70 pounds ago!!!
