UPDATE 9/11/09 - I am 164 pounds...15 pounds to go to 150 -

1/14/10 177 today...yikes...
5/11/10 175- not much progress happening.... started walking a mile a day and yoga - see what that does
8/18/10 my profile kinda outdated... I have decided to add 30 mins of cardio in each week also yoga & strength training. I am hoping varying the workouts will keep me on track
10/28/10 started southbeach 182 pounds
12/13/10 172.8 pounds

1/3/11 - 179.6 - ok time to get serious! I need cardio! I have started to ZUMBA :) I have also resolved to take better care of my skin & no more texting & driving - of course love others & myself more, complain less and just try to enjoy every moment!

1/26/11 started jogging!

4/1/11 - 167.2 pounds!!!! WOO WOO, working hard :)

8/15/11 - 173.4 ready to get back on track!

9/12/11 - 176.4 back on track!

1/1/2012 - 186.6 Yuck what happen - oh the Holidays, can never seem to control myself. Time to get back on track. Would like to get back to weight on 4/1/11, before 4/1/12...we will see...
