“I'm so ill. I've been really slack with the diet, but not too bad. Quick weigh in because I don't want to get behind:

1lb loss is okay but the last 4 weeks I've seen a 3lb+ a week loss. One week was 6lb! This feels like a real bummer. (Although I know the first few weeks is a lot of water weight loss so maybe I shouldn't be too disappointed.)”

Had a pretty lapse weekend, weighed in last night rather than this morning because I knew if I did it this morning I'd be lighter (SCIENCE!) and I wanted to see what I *really* am. Slightly pleasantly surprised I suppose, a 3lb loss :)
Hope everyone is feeling good, and staying healthy! I love all the support that this group brings and I find it a real help knowing that weighing in every week brings more motivation!”

“Hi everyone Hope you're having a good week, and that you enjoyed your Valentines Day, whatever you were doing! My partner and I don't really buy into the whole Valentines Day blow-out but we do exchange homemade cards and I cook him dinner (which I do every night anyway!). Last night I cooked him wholemeal spagetti with a simple sauce of fresh tomatoes, oven roasted baby plum tomatoes, leeks, lots of garlic and mushrooms. It was yummy! I also hand made a wholemeal loaf and made some garlic butter for him, but I passed on that :) So the dreaded weigh-in time!
