I live in beautiful Colorado and like cycling and outdoor time. I lost 35 lbs in 2009 and hope to continue into 2010. That's why I'm here, for the motivation.
I'm currently cross training with a combination of indoor cycling, P90x, P90x plus, Insanity, Crossfit and sometimes some of my wife's Cathe Videos. I've hit a plateau for the last month and may need to change up. Any advice?
An engineer by occupation so I track any number I can lay my hands on. I've had success with some (calories, heart rate, power ect.) and failure with others (bodyfat - those impedance scales are worthless).
Goals:
1. Teach my children how to learn.
2. Become aware.
3. Read, read and read some more.
4. Vanity - get a six pack.
5. Drop my weight from 188 to 175 lbs.
6. Make more friends.
7. Ride 3,000 miles in 2010.
8. Ride North Cheyenne Mtn Canyon in less than 28 minutes.
