I am 44 years old and I was a cigarette smoker for 28 years who never exercised and was 30 pounds overweight. I ate whatever I wanted whenever I wanted. Plenty of fast food, junk food, and sweets. I also drank 6 - 12 cokes a day.
Three months ago I began to exercise twice a day, quit smoking, stopped drinking soda, mostly eliminated fast food and sweets, lost over 20 pounds and am actually gaining muscle weight now.
I feel 20 years younger and am addicted to exercise. I cannot believe that I could have been living this life for years!
