I was born and raised in Rhode Island and miss it immensely. I relocated to Atlanta, GA with my husband for his military career which is wonderful and I wouldn't change anything for the world.

I am a cancer survivor and I am always striving to find better ways to live healthy and be healthier as I also battle Graves Disease. There is nothing I can't handle just as long as I have a great support system I can get through anything. My family and friends mean the world to me.

I have changed my life with TheDailyPlate, without it I doubt I would be where I am today. I have met the most amazing people there and have been inspired to run again having run in a 5k recently and training for a Triathalon in June due to the inspiration I have recieved from many of the members there.

I work in Dermatology which is my life. I can never Imagine doing anything else for a career. Its the most rewarding to me, helping rid the world of skin cancer one person at a time and spreading the world about the evil effects of Tanning beds and the lack of wearing something as simple as sunscreen.

I have recently gone Vegan and would love any tips and tricks and recipes anyone has to offer!
