About Me


I'm a very happily married big girl. I've been over-weight all of my life, and I decided that since I'm getting older, I need to get myself healthier before I start developing health problems. I LOVE food...I LOVE cooking! I've been teaching myself how to cook Indian and Japanese. I'm still eating whatever I want...I'm just trying to WANT to eat healthier stuff more often. I'll be doing the Alternate Day/JUDDD diet so my calories are going to look a bit strange.
