    “ Last week: Not sure, skipped it Today: 138   I've been really good with tracking all week.  I switched to tracking on myfitnesspal.com because it takes breastfeeding into account.  I haven't been able to exercise since the accident last week because my neck has been sore.  I see the chiropractor today, so we will see what he says.   Heather”

    “ I actually managed to get the kids out and go for a walk the past two days.  I know they are only twenty minuute walks, but I figure it's something.  Today I even stopped to do a few squats each time we got to a corner to cross.  I ended up doing 36 squats.  Oh, and you can't tell by looking at it, but the last bit back to our house is up a hill.  Can I just say that pushing a double stroller up a slight hill with 50 pounds worth of kid in it is a bit of a stretch for me right now, lol!  The best part is the place we stop before turning around is a small neighborhood park, so I let Kayla go play for a bit.   Heather”

    “ Today: 137.2   It's been weeks since I weighed in, and today wasn't pretty.  I can blame some of it on AF showing up yesterday (for the first time in over 3 years), but a lotof it has been from stress eating, and lack of activity.  We got our double stroller pn Monday, so when the rain stops we should be good to go for walks.   Heather”
