I'm a Sr. 3D plant Design specialist at a consulting firm in Tucker, GA (Atlanta). I'm also a semi-professional musician. I play the bass guitar, lead guitar and drums and do both live preformances and recording work around the southeast.

I love golfing, riding motorcycles, bowling, taking long walks, woodworking, camping and coffee.

I have been overweight for as long as I can remember peeing by myself. I have been involved in what I call the "sex diet" forever it seems. You know what the "sex diet" is...on again, off again, on again, off again...you get the picture.

On the one side, I need acountability and structure. I'm an engineer...that's the way we are, but on the other, I'm also a crazy, creative, go with the flow musician who likes the adventurous side of life.

Type II diabeties has caused me to become a little more serious about my health. This site gives me a sense of accountability and structure yet is fun and enjoyable too.

So, with all that said...I'm divin in! See ya on the other side!
