I am 23 years old and have a beautiful daughter, Arabella, who is 10 months old.
I recently decided I need to get in the best shape of my life and lose the weight thats been with me since I was a pre-teen! I am doing this by exercising, eating well, and calorie cycling. My starting weight was 160. My goal is to exercise 5x a week and lose 35 lbs to be 125!
Calorie Cycling Schedule:

T-1800 (exercise-weights)
W-2150 (exercise cardio)

F-1800 (exercise weights)
S-2150 (exercise cardio)
S-1700 (exercise cardio)
So, since starting school my exercising has been SEVERELY lacking. I am still losing weight, and I want to keep my daily avg. higher because I'm still breastfeeding, so here is my new cycle for a while.
