UPDATED GOALS for 2011:
7/25/11 Currently 180, and starting over.
I would like to stick to my running plan, running 3-5 times a week, with bicycling and walking thrown in. I would also like to incorporate some strength training and swimming soon.
Food goals: eat veggies, yogurt, nuts, and fewer snacks (like none).
I am setting this goal for a year. If I lose 3 lbs a month I can meet my goal. This is pretty conservative, and I think I can do it. Trying not to let my past year let me down :D
