About Me
I am a single mom who after lossing my father have become very lazy. I used to walk every saturday 2 miles and on sunday 5 miles then after my dad died I left the house a lot but became lazy and didn't eat well or take care of myself. I want to get back to having energy and feeling good. I need to get my old self back. Parts of my body are loose and I don't like haveing things jiggle. I want my flat stomach and thighs back. This is not my body.
