About Me
I read 'The Hacker Diet' to start my diet. http://www.fourmilab.ch/hackdiet/ He kept it pretty simple.
His main premise is that people just have either too much or too little weight have a feedback issue. The way to fix this is to keep track of everything, so you can fix your feedback. Keep track of your food intake, weight and exercise. Know that most of your daily weight gains and losses are due to water and not fat, it is the trend-line that matters not the individual numbers. What is in food does not matter, only the total amount of calories i.e. 1lb = 3500 calories. I don't try to keep track of weekends but during the week currently I eat 1000-1400 net calories of whatever Monday-Sunday afternoon with 200-300 calories of exercise, I then eat normal Sunday night.
