Well the situp thing didn\'t work because actually a absolutely hate them. So anyway my new 30 day challenge/goal is the 30 day shred. Excellent! Let\'s DO IT!

Tue 2200 4 mile walk/jog 30 min weight/strength
Wed 1900 rest
Thu 2300 20 min shred 1 hour bike 30 min strength
Fri 2000 20 min shred 30 min bike
Sat 2400 4 mile walk/jog 30 min weight/strength 30 min bike
High calories. I'm going to see what happens. These calories are taking in to account all my exercise I'm doing. Wish me luck!
