Looking to lose about 70 pounds total, but taking it a little at a time!
I'm an attorney, and I have a somewhat high-stress job, and exercise helps me cool it a bit, but it's always difficult to convince myself to get to the gym after work... but taking classes helps! I'm a big fan of Zumba, and I like other Gold's Gym classes like Body Pump, Body Flow, and Body Jam!
I am trying to lose at least 2 pounds a week, until I get to my first big goal, and then I'll reevaluate!
