About Me
I have tried and stopped many times now to lose the weight. I have wanted to before, but now I have no choice. My doctor wants me to lose fifty pounds yesterday. He put me on a 1600 calorie diet, which I am to follow for 3 monthes after that gradually adding in 100 more calories a month until I reach 2000. Basically as I looked at it today it is a 6 month plan that ends with me eating the correct number of calories for an average person.

Exercize is supposed to be introduced in the second month and will be added slowly. It is the hope of my doctor to avoid medicating me heavily for the swelling I am experiencing in my muscles. I am being tested for some very scary problems. He believes it is mostly stress and being overweight. I hope that these lifestyle changes will help.

It really stinks to miss out on my cheese bites a Bob Evans on Friday morning though.
