“Hey everyone!
I've started swimming again yesterday, and gradually have been getting faster and swimming longer. I'm going again tomorrow. It's actually fueling me with more energy than draining it. I'm excited!

“Hey everyone! I'm sick of this vicious cycle that I'm living in; I eat well for 3-4 days and then I breakdown and get out the snacks again. It's very bad because I am a "all or nothing" person; if I eat bad one day, I will just think, tomorrow is when I start. I need will power and I want to put a final end to this!!! I started eating paleo 3 days ago and I felt the most energy I have in my life; it was GREAT. I challenge myself and anyone else who wants to join me, to engage in the joy and satisfaction of eating healthy. ”

posted Might have to postpone... in the group Might have to postpone...
“Hey everyone!
I had a great swim yesterday (30-40 minutes) but didn't have time to post.
To be realistic, I have to postpone my plans to exercise this week. I am not giving up; I just realized there is so much more I have to do; I am not joking!
I think I say yes to too many people and now I've ended up with a lot more than I can handle. I am really sorry; will be back sometime at the end of this week.
Happy workouts everyone!!! and here's a cup of courage for you. Be strong!

posted Exercising Everyday v.2 : Day 1 in the group Exercising Everyday v.2 : Day 1
“Hey everyone!
On Feb. 1st, I started a challenge to exercise everyday. However, at 2 months, I was given the freedom to go home and I stopped doing it daily for about 3 weeks. I did accomplish a few things; my endurance got better over the last few months; I have great cardio now, and last week I did run the 5 K under a very fast time. However, I must say things have not been so good; not exercising everyday means feeling lazier at the end of the day, and laziness gives way to eating badly, and then feeling worse about myself, which decreases my motivation. It's really a vicious cycle. I am going to integrate exercising into my daily routine this time with more excitement and energy and look upon it as something like taking my vitamin or drinking enough water everyday. Hope you can join me too and be healthy together!
Today's workout:
Swim-20 minutes (I definitely was feeling much slower than before!!!
See you tomorrow!”

“Hey everyone!
I am an extremely busy person. Besides posting on here and trying to be as healthy as I can...there are so many other things that come before this that I have to make my sacrifices. .I only wish I didn't have to choose health to be one! For example, this week I have a deliverable every day, whether it is an exam for a class, a paper due, a project to present, a debate for a class in foreign language... I have not eaten well and my sleep schedule is all over hte place.
How do you guys manage it, if you've got a hectic schedule? Any tips to share?
In short, no I did not exercise today and even worse I haven't been eating healthy because I just don't have the time!

posted Finished the 5 K with unexpected end time! in the group Finished the 5 K with unexpected end time!
“Hey everyone!
I just finished the 5K, with my fastest running time, around 20-23 minutes?! My goal was to do it under 30 minutes, but there were so many runners that kept pushing it, I was motivated to run faster! Immediately afterwards I was treated to a nice massage :) Since joining this group in February, I've had so much more energy and motivation, I just wanted to say .... you guys rock!
Keep up the great work!!!
