Back in the old days, I recorded my daily calorie and fat intake on MS Word, but using the "Daily Plate" is so much easier. It helps me to stay focused on eating healthier, natural foods instead of processed foods with all the additives. And it worked! I lost an average of 1 pound per week, and reached my goal weight in March 2010.
