“Waking up at 4:30 am to run 3.5 miles is working out pretty well. The best part is that my body is still kind of snoozing and doesn't realize I'm running until I'm about a mile into it. I worked out with my personal trainer (and my workout buddy) this morning, focusing mostly on upper body (boxing, push-ups, weight work) a little lower body (squats and lunges) with 7 minutes on the StairMaster woven in for fun. Afterwards, I did 10 minutes on the elliptical.
I forgot to post this weekend's workout stuff here, but in case it counts: Saturday was my day off so I went for a 6 mile walk in beautiful weather! Sunday I ran 6.5 miles at a 10 min. mile pace.”

“I do some sort of exercise each day, so this should be a cinch! Did 15 minutes on the Stair Master and 15 minutes on the bike this morning and will run 3 miles when I get home tonight. And I walked around for 30 minutes at lunch (no one in downtown Chicago seems to have candied walnuts).”
