hmmmm About me...well I live in Ontario Canada and I love it. I love camping and baseball and swimming.
I spend most of my time working, and the rest of my time playing beer league baseball (which doesn't really help my weight loss goals!) I love home renos and decor. I love girls nights playing dominos. And the Girls Next Door lol
I'm 5'11.5 and started my life style change @ 222 about 2 years ago. I want to get down to a healthy 170-180, which ever i feel best @. I have been seeing a dietitian for over a year and according to her i'm a "hard loser". Its taking me a really long time to get my weight down. But it is going down. I lost 12 lbs last year, which equals a sack of potatoes (it sounds like a lot more when i refer to it like that lol) I need to lose this weight. I have very very bad knees and need to get some weight off then before the crumble beneeth me. Also for less strain on my back and to help me breath better.
I have the really annoying fat!! its all around my stomach. My spare tire :) and in my face.

Next appt. Apr 7 - 214!! WOW (but i check the scale 2 days later and was 211, so i think it must be water weight or TOM, will be better next month)
Next appt. May 5 - so i missed this appt. and now i don't go back till sept 1st.

I joined weight watchers!
Its fun. I joined with a few friends, and so far have lost 4lbs.
